
2-Gun Pistol & Carbine
Service Description
All 2-Gun sessions are intended to be intermediate level or higher. Intermediate lessons will cover the following topics: - Transition Drills (Primary Weapon to Secondary, Back to Primary) - Malfunction Drills - Sling Manipulation - Positional Shooting (Prone, Kneeling, Standing) - Dynamic Shooting Drills Incorporating Both Weapons Systems Minimum gear required: Students must bring 500 rounds of preferred handgun ammunition. A gun belt with holster, two handgun magazine pouches, and at least one rifle magazine pouch is recommended, but can be rented from the instructor. Handgun (red dot optic preferred), ear, and eye protection are recommended but can be rented from the instructor. The rifle must be provided by the student and must be equipped with a sling capable of being quickly adjusted. Two-point sling preferred but single-point slings will suffice. Plate carriers can be worn and training tailored to this if desired. ALL CLASSES REQUIRE CLOSE-TOED SHOES. SUNSCREEN, WATER, AND SNACKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
